Truely My Day

2 weeks of the new semester have passed.
2 weeks of late night preparation of the new syllabus!!
Syllabus for Biodiversity and Conservation, & Gene Technology
Sleeping at 1.00 to 2.30pm has become a norm
I wouldn't want to do this unnessarily as the physical exhaution will drain the mental energy the next day.

However, its a celebration for me today onwards.
I have completed the lessons for Gene Technology.
Next will be Biotech, which I have prepared last year.
So back to normal sleeping hour.
This has become a luxury.
Hope those dark rings will disappear.

A day, started with yoga, reflection of abundance and purpose in life
Hope have more time for meditation but the appointment is near
Then acupressure
Then a good western lunch
Then see the optometrist..and had a chat, after all, we are from the same uni!!
Then get a rubber hose for some plumbing work at home!! A do it yourself thing@@
Then buy some goody herbs to cool down the "fire" from late night sleep
Then omg, left only RM6 for fruits, no worries...buy local fruits then, enough for a week, haha!
Forgot I have no money left and proceeded to my favourite flower shop
to get a teddy for myself
Cause afterall, I bought one for each of my teddy bear
so I must also have one, then only is complete.

nvm, as a Mamee to my teddies, I will have a diff colour than, cream is nice!!
Bought it, but Oh Oh...where is the $$$$$
BOOK FIRST LA, can send Chen Wei or Jia Hoong to pick it up for me on monday!!

You cannot believe it, had a nap at home
then went swimming
omg, there were about 7 guys in the swimming pool
WHO CARES, HERE I COME
SPLASH SPLASH...
I deserve all the goodies in life
lets share the pool
hehe gotta start exc liao
muscle all at low gear
lie in the pool to gaze at the sky, the coconut trees as the wind blows,
Oh a sudden peace and spaciousness arises in the mind
How wonderful life is
If we take a break to enjoy the nature
to be within

Love it, care free....Love it, the choices that I have made in life
The wise ppl that I have met that helped me shaped my life up to now...
My purpose in life has become clearer lately
And obstacles slowly start to be revealed and resolved
Miracles start to unfold...

I want to achieve my purpose in life,
more quickly, smoothly, with full of support and abundance, joy and peace
I want to live a life of abundance
Abundance of money
Abundance of sincere, wise, loving, caring and good karmic linked teachers
parents, brothers and sisters,friends and students
Abundance of love
Abundance of health
Abundance of support
to achieve the higher growth, higher good, and empowerment for myself and others
Let the unlimited POSITIVE energy flows smoothly
like the natural cycle on earth (C cycle, N cycle...etc)

I want to be the agent of the flow
The flow of positive energy
the flow of love
the flow of abundance
To reach out as far and many as possible
That's my work in life

I thank you for the opportunity for me to see this more clearly lately,
Be it good karma ripening, be it guardian helping,
be it difficult conditions that have helped me to grow
and not only that, to learn how to resolve the obstacles
and to learn how to create and attract abundance
and to learn how to use them in the right way!!
Life has become so beautiful!!
