What a Busy Week

My 3 classes have gone for their A2 trial exam today
Yet I have tonnes of things to clear
when I first joint the college
I was busy every day preparing the lecture notes for the next day
I thought that after completing a cycle (1 1/2 yr), I will be free
No No No....
The education line is getting very competitive
Not like what others think of
Teachers just work a few hrs a day, and they are all shortsighted...????
We work more than others
Nobody sees that
We get only 1/4 of what we contribute in time and effort
let alone the increased degeneration rate due to troublesome kids

The college has come up with new idea
to attract the market
but the lecturers are the one working like a cow...
what student log, student attendance (at this age? Ya, well brought up kids?), remedial class, tutorial, exam seminar, enhancement class, student journal, mentoring, student activities, scholary activities, portfolio, forum, conference, bla bla bla....gosh...
What else do they want????
These are all added on top of the daily teachng and marking load....
Do we not have our lives than just working for the college?

They are so smart
to come up with such system
that every lecturer will have to contribute so much
Whats the point?
Putting so much more effort just to see a drop in the appraisal?
How come I always get what I have put in for all my assignment
but never for this so called college work?
with that little amt of $$
making us work >>>>
I am starting to get tired of these 'slavery'
Teaching is no longer and enjoyment, not so much, not so meaningful with those ding dong
we have become the instruments for marketing
free of charge
I am worth more than this
The universe will make way for me to get what I am worthy of!!

Even though I do enjoy teaching (to the enthusiastic students
(However, teaching lazy bumps is like pulling the cows up the trees...and speeds up degenertion rate,whats the point, might as well teach tuition, no sincerity at heart, even at their age?!! Those wearing masks ... )

I will find my new life
Doing what I love and earning many times more
contributing even more effectively to the society
...a better place...very soon!!

The Unknown

I felt a volcano, long dormant, has become active lately
That the molten lava is finding its way out
to be released once and for all
I don't know what it is
and I'm not so sure what is happening
but I trust that those changes are bringing me closer to my destiny
my life's work
by facing and resolving knots accumulated through time
and to move on
smoothly, rapidly, joyfully, well supported, well paved path
towards my destiny in this life
I am very excited
to see the changes taking place
in its own accord
things falling into place
taking a step forward,
to receive the unknown
with trust
the power of love
the power of the pure innocent heart
to discover and to do my life's work

Last week, the students need to use lamp for their practical

Wow, when all the lamps were lit, it was beautiful indeed

Discovering Your Life's Work

I have told my students about doing their lives' work
- that is doing what they love with their time & energy (life)
- it will make them feel alive, happy & fulfilled
- it will contribute to the well being of humanity, animals, plants or the earth
- when they love what they do,
they will put awareness & conciousness into all that they do
- hence putting the energy within and around into greater harmony, beauty & order
- that awareness & conciousness will bring them to enlightenment and spiritual growth
- raising them to a higher self
- which will attract abundance from the universe

....What do you love doing that will have those qualities mentioned?

What is it?

I have this funny kind of feeling this week
Hmmmm I also don't know what it is...
I am quite happy... almost the whole day
Let me reflect what causes this....

One class returned to Ms Annie
less one class to teach each day
got one extra hr to clear my work each day
to take a proper breakfast
the most important meal of the day
Bingo...more relaxed!!

Also...PM 8 not so rude this round (they speed up my degeneration rate!! )
but I don't really have any flow of E for them, too bad, its cause and effect, Karmic force
Got time to do Yoga...even one session make a lot of diffce
I am going to exc every day from yesterday onwards cause I deserve it...
Then also completed the new syllabus preparation
Assignment is on par...

I would prefer a quality life than quantity (rushing...fast food, fast pace...fast to die..., haha)
I don;t believe in the evolution of the pace of life
ppl are getting crazy
crazy over possession, money, fame...

I want to live a simple life
slow down to enjoy the little little thing
the wonder of life
the miracle of life

Can you stop to enjoy it?
Did you notice it?
Or are you rushing all the time...what for?
Life is short... but it has much to offer
only if you allow yourself to

I am ready
I am now ready
for a transformation
to create what I want in life
To enjoy the abundance that life and universe can offer
For the betterment of myself and all around

The Expresssion of Love

One lady told me this in a workshop
There are five ways to express your love :
1. Gift
2. Quality time
3. Affirmation
4. Touch
5. Service

Different person will be more receptive to different ways
Parents ... please find it out what your kids are more receptive to
Shower your love to them
so that they will grow up happy and healthy
Friends....close friends
Relatives...

For me to my students,
it will be gift (stars and stickers),
affirmation (encouragement)
and service (notes, free tutorials, & additional assistance)
sometimes quality time too (yam cha, trips, ...)
I do hug my current students for special occasion (but girls only, haha....)
I also hug my graduated students whom I am close to...(its a hello, good bye, good luck, I miss u)
So reflecting about it, I have done all the five ways

Is the ever changing colour of the sky

the cloud...

The nature is so so so beautiful

Same as life

Its a miracle

Its what you do out of it

I am touched by the beautiful hearts around

I want to do more than this

to touch others' heart as well

I believe in miracle

cause life itself is a miracle!!

To My Angels of 0601PM7

I have been 'baby sitting' this class for two months
Initial stage was a ????
Heard about Ms. Annie saying that they didn't want her to go for maternity
Sigh...
This kind of class I am going to take over
How will they accept me when they don't want Ms Annie to leave them???
so I will be like a step mother then?

After teachng them for two weeks, I started to like this class
they resemble my previous mentee class (0301PM3...Timothy, Matha, Chicken wing that class ...
which I have spent very enjoyable time with them and lots of trips)
We went for a class outing....to visit Ms Annie that friday of the second week
These kids are so beautiful at heart
I was touched indeed
Of their love, care, kindness, appreciation, generousity,
respect....sincerity...simplicity...and maturity!

Then weeks of Biodiversity and Conservation,
Follow by Applications of Genetics ...guess some of them didn't grasp this part
Then Biotech...my favourite
Now Crop Plants....
but...oh...really....Ms. Annie is coming back next week and
oh ....she is taking back this class???
Can... I... not... return this class to her?
I started to like this class

Having a class like this will make my day
boost my joy
haven't had such a class for some time...
I really feel a lot of difference when the students are different
I feel happy entering the class
They are interested to learn, motivated, enthusiastic
They are hard working
respectful,
serious in their studies,
scored good grades,
yet humble, disciplined, well mannered
loving, kind, cute, sincere, simple, respectful
I really love them
for their simplicity and sincerity

They are truely my angels
they will surely spread these energy of love
and turn the earth to heaven!!

I sent them an e-mail yesterday:
It has really been nice and enjoyable to teach you all,
even though its only for two months.
I hope that you will continue to strive and study hard
so that you can score as high as possible for Bio
...."A" of course!!

Today is the last day...
We had a practical session using respirometer
I wonder why my heart felt this way ...ouch
for that two hours
Karen was so nice to offer me cake
when I said I felt hungry
Its those little things that they did
out of their heart
I really respect them for their age

At the end of the practical
As they left the lab, each of them said good bye to me
Sarah and Kar Man hugged me
Oh...no more hugging or...the tears will overflow...
Cause I really like this class
