Grateful for having learnt the method to observe the nature of mind & body
Grateful for having the condition to meditate for 4 mths plus
Grateful for seeing the dharma
Which allows the wisdom to passify the mind in face of unexpected change
Grateful for Christopher Moon's sharing of wisdom
" Any situation is negative, positive or neutral, depending on the position you take"
Allow me to share what he wrote:
One's reaction to any situation is predicated by the position that one is taking within the situation.
If you take the position that something is wrong, then you must react to the situation as a problem.
If you decide that the situation is an opportunity to receive something, then that is what will unfold.
It is very important to see that the position you take is one of many. The only thing that matters about the path you take is whether or not it has a heart.
Grateful also for the loving light meditation.
After the incident, I realise that the most precious thing for me in life is the cultivation of the mind. A mind deep in wisdom that nothing will shake it from its peace in face of the impermanance of life. The Noble Eight fold path. Health is my utmost priority as well. If the priority is placed wrongly, then one's life will be in unrest...
